1. CONTEST PERIOD:
The Beaumont Design Furniture Giveaway (the "Contest") begins on September 1st, 2024 at 12:00 AM Central European Time ("CET") and ends on October 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM CET (the "Contest Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of France who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Beaumont Design Furniture ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Enter by completing the official entry form available on the contest landing page during the Contest Period. Provide your full name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) primary entry per person/email address. Bonus Entries: Entrants can receive five (5) bonus entries for each valid share of the contest page performed via the official sharing buttons provided on the page (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Email). Shares must be verifiable (e.g., public posts if requested). Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a voucher worth Two Thousand Euros (€2000.00) valid for the purchase of furniture from Beaumont Design Furniture's standard collection or applicable towards a custom furniture order. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The voucher must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance. Any cost exceeding the voucher value is the responsibility of the winner. Delivery costs within mainland France are included; specific conditions may apply for remote areas or complex installations.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 5th, 2024, from all eligible entries received (including bonus entries). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days following the selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

8. SPONSOR:
